Sitting up

What a good thing there is no overnite romance in this house.
How to explain sitting up to sleep?
"Oh and btw, I have a tendency to stop breathing in my sleep, and possibly I might yell and scream."
oh yes that is a crowd pleaser.

cant take sleeping pills.
Cant take pain pills.
Cant take alcohol.
No sex atm.
Is it me, or has the fun gone out of being single?
